Program Description:

TRUFAM SERVICES LLC provides an SMS messaging program that sends appointment confirmations, reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support messages to customers who have booked an appointment through our website at www.trufamservices.com or via our scheduling forms. Customers must explicitly opt in via a dedicated SMS consent checkbox.

Cancellation Instructions:

To cancel SMS notifications, text "STOP" to the number that sent you messages. You will receive a confirmation and no longer receive messages from us. To rejoin, sign up again via our opt-in form.
