Remote assistance empowers us to offer support and resolve issues over the Internet, extending our services to Central Florida or virtually any location. With your consent, a technician will access your Windows or Apple computer remotely and perform tasks as if it were physically present in our shop. Examples of issues that can be addressed remotely include:

Help with specific applications like Microsoft Office
Software installation, upgrade and configuration
Malware removal

Clean Up - $140 24 hour turn around on most jobs (does not include parts if needed)
Home Support (On Site) - $80 includes first 2 hours - must be scheduled; Emergency On Site (less than 24 hours notice) - $160 includes first 2 hours
Business Support (On Site) - $160 includes first 2 hours - must be scheduled; Emergency On Site (less than 24 hours notice) - $320 includes first 2 hours
Remote Support (Home) - $80 includes first 2 hours - must be scheduled; Emergency Remote Support (less than 24 hours notice) - $140 includes first 2 hours
